Litostroj terraced houses

We are looking for cobuilders for construction of terraced houses on Litostroj land within the Ljubljana bypass. On a large plot of approx 1000 m2 its forseen to construct 4 terraced houses with private parking. Planned terraced houses have two floors with a total of approximately 100 m2 net area. Each house comes with a 180 m2 plot. Close to the plot there is a bus stop, school and restaurants and other public infrastructure. Quick access to Ljubljana bypass. Each unit has two floors, the ground floor has living spaces and on the first floor bedroom and bathroom. To each terraced house is entitled to two parking spaces, a private patio and a garden. Despite the fact that it is a terraced house the high privacy is enabled with the help of a private atrium.
